I was diagnosed at 11 and have been struggling for the last 8 years. I never had anyone to talk to about it that was my age because it’s so rare to be diagnosed that young.

Believer, it sounds like you’ve been put though hell. I’m so sorry to hear it. I’m my king to find fellow crohnies to share my story. I was diagnosed at 23 and it’s been downhill for the last 13 years, and we may be nearing the surgery discussion. I’m nervous about such an abrupt loss and expensive change in lifestyle with having to purchase bags and other supplies. But I’m also excited about the opportunities that a bag might give me because my quality of life has deteriorated immensely over time.
