What do you do to relieve anxiety for yourself?
I have an issue with seeking reassurance, but I know that others shouldn't be held responsible for that to this extent. I need ways to relieve my anxiety on my own so I can control myself instead of being controlled by anxiety. I often overthink everything and I crave that sense of certainty to relieve the anxiety, but it's an unhealthy cycle and I want to be the one thinking my own thoughts.
