Absolutely! I decorated my cane and my ex husband is in a wheelchair and I made cushion covers and backpacks for it in tie dye!!!!!!

I think this is such a good idea since I feel like mobility aids are sort of like extensions of ourselves/our fashion. I haven't done it to my crutches just because I haven't used them for that long, but if I did have something that I used more often I totally would!
