Not a doctor. But I came across a similar path. I have and I am trying this tip and is working out for me.
I do hot water therapy:
I heat up one bottle of 16.9 ounce of water to a temperature where is like drinking hot tea/coffee/soup. It helps to sweat or pee or poop out any grease/oils/fats that you may have in the veins/body.
Now I drink it about 3 to 4 hours before going to sleep, it helps me during bedtime to relax. Some people prefer to do it in the day.
