Ritz crackers for me! I eat them with cream cheese for a little flavor

I have IBD-C and pretty much every kind of fish as long as it isn’t fried doesn’t irritate me :)

Rice for me too! Crackers are alright. And chicken broth 💕

Any bread non whole grain bread has worked amazing for me. Though I know white bread isn’t healthy it’s helped me during my flare ups

French bread, sourdough bread, rice, water, herbal tea

Sourdough is the bees knees!!! It’s one of the most digestible if you don’t have Celiac’s or an allergy :) even people with minor gluten intolerances can handle it because of the fermentation 🤗
