It’s been a year since my last visit to the mental hospital, and I think that night is starting to give me nightmares. the image of my mom bawling her eyes out along with my dads pissed off face is haunting me. I don’t know what to do.

Think about how far you’ve come and all the greatness that has been brought into your life since then. The image you keep referring back to you must be able to see in a positive light. Your parents love and care for you. Do some journaling and try to isolate which part of that image is triggering you. In addition, make sure to give yourself lots of love!
