      Wow. I can relate to this so much. Are you taking medication? If so, what are you taking if you don't mind telling me? The reason I'm asking is just in case it is an undocumented side effect of any medication. They are common feelings for depression and anxiety and I know that might not help you but I just need you to know that they're symptoms and they don't dictate how your life will go. You might not feel good now but you have control and you can make positive changes in your life and start to feel good again when you're ready. Be good to yourself and learn about yourself in the meantime. I recommend doing a Myers-Briggs personality test because it'll help you get in touch with the values that are important to you and give you an idea of the life and work that will bring your life meaning.

      I also get that feeling from time to time. What helps me is to listen to Upper Room Worship on YouTube. And watch a funny movie.
