Making my favorite cake tonight. It’s called jello cake. All you need is a white or yellow cake (from a box is fine), your favorite flavor of jello (I use strawberry) and cool whip. What you do is: Make your cake. Once it’s out, let cool for ten minutes, then take a fork and poke a bunch of wholes in it. Then cool for another thirty minutes. Once your timer beeps start making your jello. Prepare as directed on your jello package. Cool your jello but don’t let it set. Just get it cool. Then pour your jello over your cake, just enough to saturate it, but don’t drown it. Let this set on the table for twenty minutes, then put it in the fridge for another twenty. Once that’s done you can put your cool whip on top and enjoy! It always makes me feel happy and I guess baking and cooking are a coping skill of mine. Hope you enjoy!
