Hey there! I have bipolar and endo as well. I am on the Depo Provera shot and it has done wonders for me. I had no weight gain and after 2 weeks, I had absolutely no bleeding. I am on Baclofen, a muscle relaxant and it helps the times I experience breakthrough pain. I am on lithium for my bipolar and it is excellent for keeping depression and suicide away, but I have been manic for 9 weeks and it isn't helping.

Hey there! :) I also have endo, and I have Complex PTSD that includes the insomnia, depression, and anxiety you mention in your profile- I’m 23 and just started grad school but had these conditions throughout college so I definitely get where you’re coming from! LMK if you ever wanna chat about it

Welcome 🤗 we share Anxiety and Endometriosis. I take Cymbalta for the anxiety and for the pain I have because of Fibromyalgia. Also I take a lot of painkillers even though it is not a good management. I go to therapy to better understand my feelings and struggles. What are your coping strategies?
