Dealing with Brain Fog after Hospitalization

I guess I'm use to brain fog due to my other medical conditions. It's hard to deal with at times especially when having to talk to people and you feel like you're having a stroke cause you can't think of the words to say lol. Just be patient, breathe, gather your thoughts then speak. One day at a time
