    Yesss. Its expensive but once I come off of it, I can't sleep. However, it doesn't keep me asleep sadly. My body wakes me up after 4 hours & idky😥

    Yes and no, although it helps me sleep at first, after while I get use to it and it doesn't help me sleep anymore. 😥
