I just tinted my passenger and driver windows and the anxiety has decreased. I just have to remove them when it's time to do my inspection. Then put them back on after 💕

I have completely stopped driving and feel like such a burden having to be driven places but I feel unsafe when I'm constantly anxious and panicky while driving. Anyone found a way to get through it?

Yep. Traffic is often the thing that puts me over the edge and into a panic attack. I'll pull over and call someone (usually my husband), and and just have them talk to me about nothing. Sometimes it takes a couple of minutes, other times it's more like 20-30 minutes
@Delia.Von.Brandt ❤️ yeah mine gets bad where I cant leave work for up to an hour.
