I had Adrenal Insufficiency so they suggested taking it for me. Odd, right?

I have to take Dexamethasone (steroids) as part of my cancer treatment. For a while they had me on high dose once a week. When I would come off of that I felt so horrible and tired. Can they lower your dose?
