I feel like i have messed everything up. I cried all through my chem class and have no clue what was talked about. I don’t know how to control my emotions and I feel like I will lose everyone I love. Only three people talk to me. How do I not mess everything up all the time?

Look into DBT, even just a self help book. Try stepping away from the situation and looking at it without so much emotion. I know it's hard, especially when you're in the thick of it. You wont lose everyone you love. Those three people that talk to you do it for a reason. You are still here and you dont need to be perfect to exist. We are all flawed, but we do our best and that is enough. I am proud that you made it through chem, crying or not, paying attention or not, you made it! Try reaching out to someone in class and dont be afraid to message the teacher if you need help to get caught up or understand something. You are amazing and you will learn not to control your emotions, but to not let your emotions control you. You've got this
