How in the heck can I get back to running? My ankle began hurting 4 years ago and I did all the things you should do with rest and stretches When I would return to run the pain would return the next day. I have a bunch of scar tissue in my ankle. Tiny bits of micro tears that have heal and become hard. I am thinking of running in a high top.
