recently i’ve been wishing i knew exactly how i felt so i can explain it to my close friends. when i don’t have an explanation, it feels like everything i do is an invalid excuse or as it will appear as if i’m immature and bland

I get what you mean, feelings are so hard to explain especially when there's too much or too little to explain. Its very confusing, when I was younger I realized that I need to figure out how I feel in order to get help. you currently see a therapist?
