I have been overweight my whole life. I’ve done weight watchers I know it works but I really don’t want to pay to watch what I eat. I know what I should eat. I have depression and adhd which really contradicts each other sometimes I graze some days while other days I eat balanced meals. I’m also a college student who is trying to stay on a budget and very busy all day with classes and extracurricular. I’ve been having trouble trying to be motivated to live a balanced life of eating right and exercising each day. Does anyone have some advice on living on a tight budget? I have always wanted to meal preps does anyone have any tips for beginning meal preparing.

I have been overweight my whole life as well, I’ve done every diet including Weight Watchers, nothing work long-term. I’ve been reading a book and I’m very interested in intuitive eating. Look into it, there is a lot of science and research about it.

Oh so many thoughts because this was me in college. Meal prep only works if you can eat the same few things repeatedly. That’s where I fell off. When I was on top of it I had cute compartmentalized storages containers and made 3 days at a time. But I got an accountability partner, made gym dates that worked around our class schedules, kept a food journal and tracked my progress. You’ve got this!
