Focus on a object in your home and then count to ten while doing deep breathing
For calming down, try to find something of every color, for forgetting about it, do something with your hands (baking, drawing, exercise, whatever you like to do)
i like to be gentle to myself, i do things that i find comforting, i self sooth and imagine i’m taking care of a loved one but to myself, get some water take a slow shower put on a comfort show or movie and get comfy. that’s what i do to get passed the panic attacks i go through
