Having a really bad panic attack and my chest hurts so much, what can I do to distract myself 😣

      Think of something that make your blood boil. Not very traditional, and might seen toxic to do, but it snaps me out of a panic attack. It's all in distracting your mind. When driving talking on the phone helps. Yes I'm distracted by the conversation, but driving with a panic attacks is more distracting and unsafe 🤷

      Try signing out loud and dancing. I know it feels funny but try it 💕

      I usually try to distract myself by watching YouTube or something. Sometimes grounding techniques work too. I also use this breathing video to help with my panic attacks https://youtu.be/vXZ5l7G6T2I Hope you feel better soon💜
