So- I have a swollen bicep/armpit area. Not sure why. My anxiety tells me it’s something scary like a blood clot. On the other hand it could be something like water retention or less muscle. It’s not terribly swollen, but definitely different from the other arm. Do any of you have experience with this or possibly something similar? Or ideas of what might be causing this? Thanks!
A few weeks ago the area behind my knee felt odd. I don’t know that it was noticeable swollen but it definitely felt different and tight. I too though maybe it was blood clot but it wasn’t. I tend to blame everything on inflammation lately. But I remember being really worried and everything turned out to be fine.
It sounds to me like it might be a swollen lymph node. But of course I'm not a doctor and it should be checked out. If you have the time check out your lymphatic system and some of the things you can do to keep it flowing properly.
