Anyone have a hard time sleeping? I can’t sleep and so I don’t get enough sleep and feel bad the next day. Any tips or ideas?

    Hmm could sleeping tablets work for you? I personally more struggle with sleeping too much but my partner takes sleeping tablets to help them so it’s maybe worth a shot? I hope your sleep improves soon 😊 - Lou 🦋

        that’s understandable maybe talk with your doctor about it or you could try natural things first like lavender and chamomile? 😊 - Lou 🦋

    I have trouble sleeping, what I use is just melatonin and L-Tryptophan. Both are natural. I just take 5mg of melatonin and I take the L-Tryptophan as directed which (for me) is three times a day. I also drink Sleepytime tea too at night an hour before bed.
