Hi, what is “stabilisation skills therapy”? & why would you be referred for this? Had an assessment with the Mental health team, they’ve written to say I will be doing this but haven’t mentioned any diagnoses? What diagnoses does stabilisation skills therapy benefit with? X ICMHT ? apparently I’m now under them? Very very confused X
