Feeling Alone with Tactile Hallucinations

I feel you. I feel like I'm the only one that experiences the things that I do. I promise you're not alone and we can get through this together.

You’re never alone when you love or are loved. I know it’s hard to get through bad times, but for me, i always try (as best i can) to reassure myself that there are good times coming (even if i have to make them happen alone). That helps me to express my upset, dark feelings/thoughts in a way that comforts me.
