I need to rant. My stupid nurse practitioner got it in my head that I might have heart issues because she wasn’t convinced it’s anxiety. I have been to the ER three times and every time they say I’m fine physically. But I had to go to the cardiologist and wear a holter monitor for two weeks and they were supposed to schedule an echocardiogram to make sure there’s no issues. Well now I’m super anxious cause I’m on a wait list for the echo, I still have physical symptoms happening and they take forever to schedule appointments. I literally have health anxiety and am so convinced I have like heart failure and it feels like the doctors are going to take forever and I’m going to have a heart attack and die. I’m 25. I’m freaking out
