I feel like everyone is watching me and thinking highly of me. Is this a symptom of schizophrenia or my manic disorder?

I would ask myself why do I think people are watching me and thinking highly of me. If you canā€™t think of a reasonable answer, then it must be a thinking error that makes you feel this way. Simply shift or struggle with shifting your thinking at that point towards you donā€™t actually know what people are thinking about you. If you have the guts, ask them. Reality check your thoughts.
