Do you have any advice on where to start getting better when there are so many problems? Also, if you have ocd with psychotic features, how do you deal with that?

      Finding a regular therapist to see would probably be the best thing. If that's something you're unable to do at the time then I would personally from my own experiences say making yourself a routine to stick to and following it the best you can would be a good step. Even if it's an incredibly small routine like wake up and eat breakfast. A great app for that is Finch, I use it a lot for their goal setting system. For ocd with psychotic features though I'd stress that you should really find a regular therapist to see and see what they have to say.
