Feeling Useless and Overwhelmed at Graduation Party

My boyfriend is getting ready for his graduation party and I live with him. The house is a disaster. The hot weather has been kicking my ass. I’m vomiting, lightheaded. We went to the beach and my boyfriend had to carry me back to the car. I feel so bad I can’t help him out, I keep trying to do everything I can to help, my body just can’t keep up. I feel like a useless piece of garbage. At least my boyfriend acknowledges and appreciates my efforts. Anyone else feel this way?

      Absolutely. The heat is the worst for me. Heat and showering drain me more than anything else. I hate passing out in public so I just avoid beaches myself. I haven't found a solution.

      Yes, I hate this feeling! Ugh. So hard, especially for someone who likes to do it herself. One note, have you ever had your cortisol checked?

      Almost constantly. My job takes it out of me, sometimes to the point where I need him to carry me in from my job. His job is hard too though, so he does that and all the cleaning. As much as he reassures me and reminds me it isn’t my fault, it still feels awful
