Need Help with TMJ Jaw Pain Relief

Have you tried Intra-Oral NeuroMuscular Therapy. This has helped a great deal as well.

I'm curious, Does your jaw sublex.

I have gone to a dentist. Where they had actually hooked up a tens machine up to my face. This actually relaxed the area where I was having the pain. I would recommend this as well as a cold compress

I've had some luck with a theragun? Dont apply directly on the jaw hinge, but nearby on the neck and under the chin. Theraguns are pretty strong so try it on your limbs before you go near your face!

Weed? I just move my jaw left to right until it unlocked as much as I can but try massaging where the jaws connect every day and a doctor told me it should help
