@BeckySmith that I will need to remove the lap band to have more permanent solution. My esophagus was swollen from vomiting too much and that caused the obstruction. It never healed

Eat slowly and drink before or 1/2 hour after not during meals. Avoid straws, increases air and gassiness.

This happens to me all the time mint or mint gum tends to help me feel less nauseous so sometimes I chew gum for a while then finish eating...

I am this way. I'm going to the doctor soon. I am now losing so much weight. And my chest has started hurting it feel funny. Even if I drink water. My medicine no longer works so I'm hoping to get a new prescription.

@kookie2020 I had an obstruction. They did an esophageal dilation and my life have changed. I couldn’t believe it. I wanted to cry because I can eat without vomiting.

Some foods are a big trigger for my acid reflux even if I have been eating clean avoiding bad foods. Coffee gets me if I have more then one cup. Also I get nausea from my fibro if I dont get enough sleep the night before where Im ok then next thing i have nausea and trying to hold my food down.

@Elka_Arendt Has your reflux settled and calmed down since you've been diagnosed? Trying to figure out if its acid reflux or fibro issue will help to figure out how to avoid things that make it worse
