Okay so i been getting light headed and it causes me to feel really dizzy usually when anxiety induce situations and idk if it has to do with my nicotine intake or it’s more mental anxiety, I stopped for a while and I still had it but I also could have diabetes since it runs in my family I want to get it checked out but I don’t want to expose myself by telling my doctor I vape , I might just have fainting episodes , I have fell from feeling lightheaded and I was aware of my surroundings but I can’t get up , my symptoms leading up to fainting are being irritable, when I turn my head I feel it coming on ; should I get a service dog if it gets worse ? Or consult my doctor for other treatments ? I’m asking only because I don’t know if it has to do with anxiety . Thank you -bee

I think it's in your best interest to tell your doctor the full truth of what's going on, including all of the relevant factors, because otherwise they may not be able to give you the help you need. I know it can be hard, good luck 💕

I been worried it might be diabetes because of family history and other symptoms, I’ll ask my doctor about my symptoms thank you

I would consult a doctor. If it’s something besides anxiety it could be serious. Or even if it is anxiety, you could get seriously hurt falling. I wouldn’t worry too much about revealing the vape thing as most doctors I’ve encountered just repeat the safety warning and continue on. I would look for other treatments before jumping to a service dog though that may be a good option if anxiety or underlying condition is inhibiting your ability to function
