Over the pst few weeks I’ve been too depressed to get out of bed most of the day. As a remote worker thats where I’d spend my whole day on my laptop. I finally built up the willpower to work from my desk and feel a lot better.

Yesterday I worked from my uncomfortable desk & chair… Which i think is why today I just had no energy and have been working from my bed off and on all day. I guess I should be lenient with myself since I’ve been extremely busy this week
