    Try to stay calm and control yourself it happens to me a lot but I just remind myself to stop😊

    I find that writing out lists for things helps me. Normally when I am stressed it’s due to lots of different activities. If I can plan out times for everything I normally feel a lot better. Maybe try it once :)
