I went through the same. Thought I must have something worse and spent a lot of time and energy and money trying to figure out answers. The safest place I landed was realizing our gut health is tied to our brain health, mental health, stress response. If you’re in a stressful season just know that probably triggered your body to shift into a stress response which can be any number of diagnosis but is all the same root cause. It needs time to heal and trust that you’re not going to be in a stress response all the time. The symptoms are signals from your body and mind that something has to change for you in how you get through hard things. You can and will heal, diet will help, yoga and meditation will help, belief in healing will help, you will get there!
