do the voices in your head hold conversations with you? like a friend that's been there forever? mine pop up randomly. I medicated, but since I'm medicated it makes me so confused as to what they are. I can look at them rationally, and not let myself get hurt by what they say. good or bad. and I wonder if that's what the medication helps me do. but a part of me feels like they're not voices? if not personalities, then I have no idea what. do you talk with your voices? do you react to them in real life? do you fall in and out of belief of them?
