any ideas on beginners exercises. I use treadmill 2 times a week for 30 mins and walk 1-2 twice a week but my bone suprs in my heal hurt .

    Could you do a bike? Recombinant might be more comfortable

    I just recently looked up yoga for beginners they have sitting in chair exercises I been trying since I have had open heart surgery andmy heart is very weak

    I agree with the cycle idea if it's possible. My doc says that any movement us beneficial as long as it isn't harmful or painful. I know that they have cycles that have a full seat, like a seat in a car, that help with comfort.
