Does depression hit you harder in the mornings? When I woke up, I feel I don’t want to get out of bed and it is very hard to do it. It lasts until I finish taking a shower (I think a lot in the shower and I don’t know how to avoid it , I tried listening to podcasts but it barely works) and after it, usually it gets better. But it is not a good way to start my day.

      I have one of those but have not tried it yet. Do you think it needs to be turned on when a soon as you wake up?

      Yes for sure I understand that! I have a terrible time in the morning. My brother is getting me one of those morning light lamps for depression but I have no idea if it will work. It is a struggle 😥
