Is it common for people with ADHD to either have absent seizures or been suspected of having absent seizures as they were growing up? I am asking this because like when I was growing up although people never thought that I was having seizures, I still cannot control when I supposedly zone out and I am wondering if it's ADHD or undiagnosed seizures. I don't think it's epilepsy though cuz I think with epilepsy you have to have at least two grand mall seizures, but I could be wrong. I also constantly experience brain fog.

I have both seizures and epilepsy. Having epilepsy gives you a greater chance of having ADHD. However, I'm not 1000% sure I have ADHD because epilepsy can mimic ADHD like the memory, etc

I'm pretty sure it's common, yes, I was suspected of and tested for having them, when I'm really just dissociating
