I’m scared. My world can literally change in front of my eyes and I can’t handle it. I’ve never derealized this hard before, and it’s causing my hallucinations. Both visual and audio, and I’m not sure what to do. I’m too scared I’m gonna scare people off if I tell them, but I really need some type of relief.
