hello they say I am glutten sensitive. it makes my elbows knees and other parts itch. but I've never met anyone else that has these symptoms.

      I know that when I am not being strict with a gluten free diet I break out in hives especially on my hands.

        @Magpie42 I have usually have to get steroid shot when it get to bad. And I use steroid cream.

          @thaman have you had the genetic testing and/or the scope to rule out celiac? I have non-celiac gluten intolerance (or whatever they call it). My aunt is positive (genetics) for celiac. I dont have the gene but react every bit as terribly as she does.
