How do you help your restless legs when they're going crazy while you're trying to sleep? I massage mine with essential oils of all kinds, and apply this lotion for restless legs. DM if you want the brand btw, bc it works!

      @EddiesWife Thank you for this! I found the generic for Requip on CostPlus. It's pretty cheap on there! I'm going to talk to my doctor about switching to this, because my current RLS medicine isn't cheap.

      I use magnesium spray and/or epsom salts. Magnesium supplements are okay, but our skin absorbs it much better, so a spray or bath is more efficient.

      I've had restless leg and arm for about 20 years. I do alot of rubbing and squeezing, also I take Requip for it. The only thing I've found to help me, besides Klonopin. Got off the Klonopin and switched to Requip. Hope your doing well and have a great day!
