I like to take some time out of my day to check in with myself, identify what’s causing the most stress / anxiety. Do some deep breathing or meditation, I like to listen to guided meditation videos on YouTube! It also helps to do things to take care of yourself physically, drink lots of water, eat something healthy, do some stretching/yoga, take a hot shower/bath, etc.
A shit ton of medical marijuana and drowning myself in fiction. Note: I am bedridden and completely isolated with but one person for positive interaction with. So my methods may not all be healthy. Maladaptive daydreaming probably plays a large role in my coping. If you have a support system you can lean (that are trustworthy) do it.
