I don’t know if it’s just because of mental illness or what but does anyone else feel so weird and awkward around everyone. I never feel like I fit in anywhere.

      We are all unique! We all have something special to offer. After 20 years of dealing with Parkinson’s and anxiety, I am finally learning to be okay with myself People that don’t understand need to be educated and what they we are going thru, even if it is just one person. It makes a difference! Pot it forward! 🤗 🤗

      It might be the anxiety talking, or possibly I’m thinking you might have something else undiagnosed. Either way, talk to your psychiatrist. Or if you just need a friend feel free to message me

      I struggle with that every day. So I know that struggle. I think for me at least I have to strive to feel like I accept myself because if I do that than maybe others will see ans accept me too. Self acceptance is a struggle but for me it is worth it.

        @Tress I accept myself but others seem to have an opinion about me or don't like me and don't know anything about me This is an issue for me I am an unique individual. We are all different So what seems to be the problem?
