tips and tricks for handling stress? I currently do yoga, journaling, meditation, breathing exercises, long walks, medication, several herbal supplements, and tried cognitive behavioral therapy but couldn't afford it.

      I've been looking for something therapeutic to do with my hands, I'm a very hands on person. But my hands (for unknown reasons) lock up on me if I get cold or the weather gets bad. And when they aren't they hurt rather quickly. So I'm kinda struggling with that. Lol but knitting might be a fun thing that won't be too bad on my hands.
