        basically diet. I’ve cut out all the unhealthy stuff to the point I can. I’d like to eliminate as many prescriptions (chemicals) as I can and keep A1C where it is suggested.

    Nutritionist , doctor, gnc , vitamins shoppe, check the library, notebook and pencils, try and compare your intake results or even a herbalists, takes time and effort, good luck and god bless .

    Yes to regulate your pancreas takes a lot of work because the baby sells not accepting the insulin the way they should so you have to actually work on your body and reprogram your whole body system which takes time and can take a whole year four seasons of work so there is no quick fix it’s not a pill it’s a system it’s the way of living it’s dieting I’ve change my type of breads I have very few if any desserts I do not drink fruit juice I do not drink soda wish I was never so in love anyway I drink a lot more tea a lot more flavored waters and a lot of alkalinity in my system with lemon water and celery juice parsley and cilantro in my water that helps immensely with
