Feeling super depressed by how it constantly feels like my body's attacking itself. Can't go a single day without near-crippling pain, intense migraines, panic attacks for seemingly no reason, what I refer to as "anxiety ticks" for lack of a better term, or any fun combination of the above. Feels like medication does absolutely nothing and I just feel stuck in this loop of not being able to do much due to one or more of these conditions when they flair up. I don't know what to do at this point anymore, I just want at least one day where I feel as though I can at least function "normally". Agh. Don't know what my point is here, guess I just needed to rant a little.

I don’t really have an answer to this but wanted you to know you’re not alone. I struggle with the idea of being “ normal “ again as well.

What you did - venting is sooo important, it's a difficult and unfair situation. It's OK to be frustrated. Hope you feel better soon🙏

Today is what a friend of mine has referred to as a "no bones" day. I was in so much pain, I had to ask for help getting out of bed to pee after taking 30 minutes to roll over. There were tears of frustrated pain. I am very glad that my roommates are awesome and have no issue helping take care of me when I need help. I hope they know that I would do the same for them.
