I've tried journaling but i keep forgetting it's there how can I realize what's going on? like what can I do to recognize a switch? i might not even have it idk no one is giving me definitive information.

do you have amnesia? if not, just making mental note of how your tastes, emotional states, etc feel different can help differentiate. otherwise, you can put the journal somewhere extremely visible - like you wouldn't be able to miss it if you tried - and that much can help you remember to use it. out of sight out of mind doesnt work if you have a visual reminder
