Can't Sleep Flat, Need Advice

I sleep on a wedge . I can't sleep flat . any one that can still just lay flat with only your regular pillow?

      I have to sleep practicality sitting up because of my esophogial motility! If I slept flat I could aserbate! It's not very much fun!

          @JaneDoe , Yes I do! I was told I had to be on liquid diet (I do sneak other foods in), not to eat 2-3 hrs before bedtime and take my pills with yogurt!

          @JaneDoe Yes, I take my pills with yogurt and they say I'm suppose to be on strict liquid but I eat soft foods! No beef, noodles , bread, cakes ECT! Stuff like try hat!

        @Littlebit62 I also have a body pillow because I sleep on my side a lot. Unfortunately my little dog wants my body pillow also but it's mostly flat and I need a new one .
