Feeling Like Giving Up

Yeah it really sucks some days. Even bringing myself to do dishes or laundry seems like the end of the world. Then you feel stupid that something so small can have such an effect. I really hate it

So so much. Pushing myself out of bed right now seems impossible. I just want to lock myself in a room and never leave.

Currently, I am feeling that. So much. It's a new level. Hugs to you, warrior

I feel that way every day. I am thankful for my grandchildren that I watch every day or I most likely would never find the strength to even get out of bed.

I absolutely feel you! I have days I struggle so much to get out of bed. Our mental health can drag us right down to a point of nearly feeling frozen in place. All we can do is put one foot in front of the other and keep pushing forward.
