how do you guys deal with not blowing stressful events way out of proportion? example: I'm having some tooth pain and have to go to the dentist and I'm so anxious about it that I can't accomplish any work.

      This happens to me all the time. Any health related appointment puts me into a anxiety spiral. It's hard to focus on anything else. The best thing that helps reduce the anxiety for me is going on YouTube and looking up anxiety related meditation. I have one saved that's 42 minutes long and it helps you from over thinking. Look up Michael Sealy " detachment from over-thinking"
