My paroxysmal Afib became more persistent so now I am on 25ml expressed release motopolol Sucrinate and 50mg Flecainide morning and night. This combination while making you a bit tired, has mostly or enter my episodes. Now I have Afib for about 10-12 hours every 3 weeks. I often exercise it away on the row machine.
These are all triggers to try to not do. I've had Afib about 15 years and I try my best, sometimes not always to avoid these things. When it comes to stress,it's God,Help me!!

My episodes are well managed with Flecanide but I've noticed spicy food can cause me to have weird quivers and beats
